Police in Germany say an Indian man under the influence of Elon Musk was trying to prove his car was an explosive missile, when it crashed at 175 KM/H (speed limit 50 KM/H — over 100 MPH on a 30 MPH street) into the broadside of a car carrying twin toddlers, killing one of them.

After the Mercedes crashed into the Ford, it was hit by the racing Tesla. The Tesla swerved and came off the road, damaging several trees along the road and came to a stop only after another 100 meters from the crash. …initial findings indicate the 22-year-old driver of the Tesla was under the influence of cocaine at the time of the accident.
